Warren Sumner
Warren Sumner is entering his 12th year of residential appraisal and is the managing partner of CR&S Appraisal Services. A 1994 graduate of East Carolina University, Sumner trained under Gayle Cumbus, now his business partner, in Greensboro, NC after a two-year stint in furniture advertising and freelance sports journalism. When not appraising Sumner likes to spend his time with friends and playing part time in Raleigh 80s cover band Suicide Blonde.
